Nododd y Pwyllgor yr adroddiad. Bydd y Cyfarwyddwr Corfforaethol Adnoddau yn rhoi i'r aelodau gyfrifiad o'r cynnydd gwirioneddol o 6.7% yn y Cyflog Byw Gwirioneddol o'i gymharu â'r 4% a gyllidebwyd.
Mae eitemau'n cael eu cysylltu pan fydd eu teitlau'n rhannu'r rhan fwyaf o'u geiriau a'u bod o fewn 18 mis i'w gilydd. Dydy cynghorau ddim yn rhifo adroddiadau ar draws cyfarfodydd, felly gall ambell gysylltiad fod yn anghywir, a gall cam fod ar goll os newidiodd ei deitl yn fawr.
