Cytunodd y Cyngor i gymeradwyo argymhelliad y Pwyllgor Gwasanaethau Democrataidd i ddiwygio'r strategaeth ar unwaith, gan gynnwys cadarnhau'r cyrsiau hyfforddiant gorfodol. Nododd y bydd adolygiad llawn o'r strategaeth yn digwydd yn 2024 a bod y strategaeth ddiwygiedig yn dod yn ôl i'r Cyngor. Nododd hefyd fod yn rhaid i aelodau gwblhau'r holl hyfforddiant gorfodol erbyn 29 Rhagfyr 2023. Pleidleisiodd 64 o blaid, neb yn erbyn, ac 1 yn ymatal (y Cynghorydd Melbourne).

Review of the Elected Member Learning and Development Strategy
RESOLVED to: a. Note the report and the revised draft Elected Member Learning and Development Strategy at Appendix A. b. Confirm that the proposed changes outlined in Paragraph 5 of the report are appropriate and identify any additional changes to the draft strategy. c. Note the proposed arrangements for the consultation, approval and adoption of the Strategy. d. Receive a further report on this matter in due course.

Review of the Elected Member Learning & Development Strategy
RESOLVED: a. To note the report and revised Elected Member Learning and Development Strategy; b. To agree the proposed changes outlined in paragraph 7 of the report; c. To note the proposed arrangements for the approval and adoption of the revised Strategy; and To delegate authority for the HoDS, in consultation with the Chair of the Committee to update the Elected Member Learning and Development Strategy prior to its submission to Council for approval.
