Agreed that the Reports and Appendices are confidential and are not for publication by virtue of paragraphs 12 and 21 of parts 4 and 5 of Schedule 12a of the Local Government Act 1972. The public would be excluded from the meeting for consideration of this item in accordance with the same legislation.

RESOLVED: Appeal Agreed.
The Committee considered Case 1 in respect of a Housing appeal. The Councillors heard submissions on behalf of the Local Authority and the Appellant. The Councillors also had the opportunity to read the report and attachments submitted by the Local Authority and on behalf of the applicant. Having considered all the evidence, the Councillors reached the decision that the appellant should be readmitted to the Waiting List. RESOLVED: Appeal Agreed.
