SAVINGS OVERVIEW: PROGRESS REPORT ON REALISING SAVINGS SCHEMES
RESOLVED: 1. To accept the report and note the situation and relevant risks in the context of the Savings Overview 2. To recommend to the Cabinet that detailed challenge is required on unrealised schemes - need to ensure regular review of those schemes that are slipping and refer the schemes to the relevant Scrutiny Committees' work programme.

RESOLVED To accept the report and note the situation and relevant risks in the context of the Savings Overview Note: To recommend to the Cabinet that detailed challenge was required on unrealised schemes - there was a need to ensure regular review of those schemes.

Cynlluniau arbedion wedi'u dileu o'r gyllideb
Derbyniodd y Cabinet yr adroddiad cynnydd a nododd y cynnydd ar gynlluniau arbedion 2023/24 a blynyddoedd cynharach. Cydnabuwyd na ellid cyflawni cynlluniau arbedion hanesyddol gwerth £2,056,430, a chafodd y rhain eu dileu o'r gyllideb. Cytunwyd defnyddio darpariaeth arbedion o £1,956,430, sef arian a neilltuwyd yn y gyllideb at hyn, ynghyd â phremiwm treth gyngor o £100,000, sef tâl ychwanegol ar ail gartrefi, i ariannu dileu'r cynllun arbedion ar ddigartrefedd.

Derbyniodd y Cabinet yr adroddiad a nododd y cynnydd wrth wireddu'r cynlluniau arbedion ar gyfer 2023/24 a blynyddoedd blaenorol.
Mae eitemau'n cael eu cysylltu pan fydd eu teitlau'n rhannu'r rhan fwyaf o'u geiriau a'u bod o fewn 18 mis i'w gilydd. Dydy cynghorau ddim yn rhifo adroddiadau ar draws cyfarfodydd, felly gall ambell gysylltiad fod yn anghywir, a gall cam fod ar goll os newidiodd ei deitl yn fawr. Mae pob cam yn cysylltu â'r cyfarfod, lle mae papurau'r cyngor ei hun.
