TREASURY MANAGEMENT 2023-24 MID YEAR REVIEW
it was resolved to allow Pension Fund surplus funds to be accumulated and co-invested with the Council's overall cash flow for the 2023/24 financial year. It was highlighted that during the six months between 1 April and 30 September 2023 no banks where the Council had deposited money had failed to repay. It was reiterated that the Council's investment income was estimated to be higher than expected in the 2023/24 budget.
