RESOLVED 1. To support the progress update on work to establish the Corporate Joint Committee (CJC), and to respond to the tasks required by its statutory functions. 2. RESOLVED 1. To note the progress update on work to establish the North Wales CJC and to respond to the tasks required by its statutory functions. 2. To note the updated plan and revised timetable for the transfer of the North Wales Growth Deal to the North Wales CJC. 3. To approve the extension of the temporary arrangement to release the Portfolio Director’s time for two days per week to undertake the Interim Chief Executive role until 31 October 2024. 4. To accept the report on the progress update on work to establish the North Wales Corporate Joint Committee and respond to the tasks that are required by its statutory functions (Appendix 1 to the report). 2. To accept the updated plan and the revised date of 1 November for transferring the North Wales Growth Deal to the North Wales Corporate Joint Committee. 3. RESOLVED: To accept the progress update on work to establish the North Wales CJC including the transfer of the Growth Deal and progressing on tasks required to fulfil the statutory duties of the CJC. To agree to receive a report from the Portfolio Director at the next meeting of the Corporate Joint Committee providing a further update on the progress of the transfer with reference to the Strategic Development Plan.
