it was resolved that Democratic Services Committee consider Standing Orders in place under Part 4: Rules of Procedure of the Constitution regarding Questions at Council to the Leader of the Council. Cymeradwyodd y Cyngor a mabwysiadodd y Rheolau Sefydlog diwygiedig o dan Ran 4 o'r Cyfansoddiad. Collwyd gwelliant i gyfyngu atebion yr Arweinydd i ddwy funud.
Mae eitemau'n cael eu cysylltu pan fydd eu teitlau'n rhannu'r rhan fwyaf o'u geiriau a'u bod o fewn 18 mis i'w gilydd. Dydy cynghorau ddim yn rhifo adroddiadau ar draws cyfarfodydd, felly gall ambell gysylltiad fod yn anghywir, a gall cam fod ar goll os newidiodd ei deitl yn fawr. Mae pob cam yn cysylltu â'r cyfarfod, lle mae papurau'r cyngor ei hun.
