Review of committee seats and political balance
The Council agreed the size and political balance of standing and scrutiny committees, the chairs and vice-chairs, and the panels and groups. It also agreed changes to individual memberships, including Councillor Marc Jones replacing Councillor Hugh Jones on the Standards Committee. The minute does not give the names of some of the councillors nominated.
Items are linked when their titles share most of their words and they fall within 18 months of each other. Councils don't number reports across meetings, so a few links may be wrong, and a step may be missing if its title changed a lot. Each step links to the meeting, where the council's own papers are.
