RESOLVED that the report be accepted and the Committee made representations for amendments to the revised Terms of Reference, in line with the legislation requirements, for consideration by Council before they are approved. (Option 2)

The Council agreed the revised Terms of Reference for the Governance & Audit Committee. The decision was unanimous.
