Lease of club and premises at Eugene Cross Park, Ebbw Vale
The Council unanimously accepted the report and endorsed Option 1. The Trustees agreed to grant a 35-year lease, on the outline terms (Heads of Terms) in Appendix 2. The lease will be completed once Eugene Cross Park Sports Limited (ECPSL) has completed an application for a Regulatory Stand Certificate, a safety certificate for a spectator stand at the ground.
