Draft Delivery Agreement for the Joint Local Development Plan
The Council unanimously accepted the report and approved the draft Delivery Agreement for six weeks of formal public consultation. It noted that officers will bring a further report with all consultation comments and a revised final agreement, before submission to the Welsh Government, estimated for December 2026. It delegated any final minor amendments to the Blaenau Gwent Interim Development Plans Team Manager.
