RESOLVED, subject to the foregoing, that the report be accepted and it was confirmed that the Committee was assured that an Integrated Impact Assessment had been completed in line with legislation to be formally agreed at Council.

Civic Centre Integrated Impact Assessment
Members unanimously accepted the report and the retrospective Integrated Impact Assessment (a check of how a decision affects people), which had been completed in line with legislation. This was subject to two proposals: officers would investigate an alternative venue for Full Council meetings, which must be offered on a hybrid basis, and a full Integrated Impact Assessment would be completed for any venue identified.
