Draft Corporate Plan 2023-28
The Committee recommended three steps for promoting the plan: accessible communication for residents who are digitally excluded, older or have sight difficulties; engaging Town and Community Councils to distribute it in community centres and libraries; and sending Council Tax and spending infographics with Council Tax demand letters. It also requested mock-up infographics showing spending per day, per household and per person, and an Annual Action Plan to address concerns about Key Performance Indicators without objectives and key results.
