Revised consultation procedure for traffic regulation orders
Cabinet approved changes to the 2014 consultation procedure for permanent traffic regulation orders (TROs), with the words in brackets in paragraph 4.5.1 deleted, and delegated power to the Corporate Director for Communities to make the changes. Cabinet also agreed that future traffic management and road safety proposals will follow the amended procedure.
