Revenue budget monitoring at quarter 3, 2022-23
The Committee made two recommendations: that the prospect of commercial places on school transport be at the forefront of talks with new providers, although the PSVAR Regulations currently prevent commercial places; and that all national legislative commitments be fully funded. It also requested a breakdown of the supplies and services budgets, the risk register for the £15.352 million shift in Social Services, and the budget for each Children's Social Care service area.
