Education And Family Support Directorate Strategic Plan 2023-2026
The committee recommended ten changes to the draft plan, including stronger wording on staff wellbeing, a breakdown of reasons for pupil absence, a standard exclusion policy and clearer targets on the self-evaluation scale. It asked officers for eight kinds of information and added four items to its future work programme, including an update on additional learning needs reform.
