Representation on outside bodies
Council appointed Councillor P Davies to the Cardiff Capital Region City Deal Joint Scrutiny Committee, with Councillor S Griffiths as deputy. In the vote, P Davies received 27 votes, I Williams 15, and 5 members abstained. It appointed Councillor J Llewellyn-Hopkins to the South Wales Police and Crime Panel. It appointed the Chair of the Development Control Committee, Councillor RM Granville, to the South East Wales Strategic Planning Group.

Councillor J Llewellyn-Hopkins was appointed to the South Wales Police and Crime Panel. The Chairperson of the Development Control Committee, Councillor RM Granville, was appointed to the South East Wales Strategic Planning Group.
