Housing Support Programme Strategy (Homelessness Strategy) 2022-2026
The Committee made three recommendations: to strengthen the strategy's support for veterans and Armed Forces personnel; to make the strategic priority objectives SMART (specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and time-bound), with action plan timescales broken down by year and month; and to make the strategy more user-friendly and easy to navigate. The Committee also asked for a route map setting out what happens when someone presents as homeless, including the stages, timescales, services offered and, where appropriate, average timescales for rehousing.

Items are linked when their titles share most of their words and they fall within 18 months of each other. Councils don't number reports across meetings, so a few links may be wrong, and a step may be missing if its title changed a lot. Each step links to the meeting, where the council's own papers are.
