Review of school admission and learner travel policies
Council confirmed that Cabinet will review the School Admission Policy and Arrangements and the Learner Travel Policy, and that the review will consider all the points in the original motion. Councillor Williams asked for a timetable so both policies can be scrutinised later. Council supported the amended motion by assent.

Motion for a funded pay rise for council and school workers
Council unanimously supported the motion, proposed by Councillor Jane Gebbie and seconded by Councillor Alex Williams. An addition to point B was also agreed unanimously, asking the Welsh Local Government Association to make urgent representations to central government.
