Re-development of Maesteg Town Hall
The Committee asked for two things. First, a written response on a recovery programme, covering whether the project could be front-loaded with extra workers to finish sooner, what that would cost or whether it would be better to keep costs down, and the timing of delivery and delays against costs. Second, assurance that there will be no further delays or extra spending on the project. The Committee also asked for a lessons learned report to go on its forward work programme once the project is complete.
Council. Full Council sets the budget and council tax and approves major plans.

Items are linked when their titles share most of their words and they fall within 18 months of each other. Councils don't number reports across meetings, so a few links may be wrong, and a step may be missing if its title changed a lot. Each step links to the meeting, where the council's own papers are.
