RESOLVED that the application for a new premises licence as set out in Section 1.3 of the Licensing Manager’s report be REFUSED. In making their decision, the Sub Committee considered all four Licensing Objectives, the Licensing Act 2003, revised Home Office Guidance and Caerphilly Council’s Licensing Policy. RESOLVED that the application for a new premises licence be GRANTED, subject to the conditions as set out below: · Supply of Alcohol (On and Off Sales) · Monday to Sunday 10.00hrs to 22.30hrs subject to the conditions set out within Appendix 26 of the Licensing Report, attached hereto (save for the removal of the proposed condition number 6 regarding the use of toughened glassware). RESOLVED that. The decision of the Licensing and Gambling Sub Committee regarding the hearing held on 21st June 2024 in respect of an application for a new premises licence has been granted subject to the agreed recommendations by Gwent Police and other Responsible Authorities. The Sub-Committee considered the representations from all parties in attendance at the hearing.
