Local List of buildings: draft guidance for consultation
The Cabinet approved the revised Buildings and Structures of Local Importance guidance for a six-week public consultation. This guidance is extra planning advice that supports the council's local development plan. The Cabinet also gave the Head of Housing, Planning and Place delegated authority, meaning officers can act without a further meeting, to make minor changes before consultation, after consulting the relevant Cabinet Member.
How this works
Items are linked when their titles share most of their words and they fall within 18 months of each other. Councils don't number reports across meetings, so a few links may be wrong, and a step may be missing if its title changed a lot. Each step links to the meeting, where the council's own papers are.
