Decided: The committee agreed that the Chair would write to the Cabinet Member with its observations on the way forward. The public was excluded for the discussion of appendices B, C, F and G, because they contain information that the law allows councils to keep private.
Decided: The committee agreed the draft timetable of work in appendices 1 and 2, with further suggestions to be considered and prioritised. It was also agreed that the Principal Scrutiny Officer would prepare scoping documents (outline plans for a review) on hot weather and on disabled facilities adaptations.
