Earmarked reserves review
Cabinet approved reinstating two earmarked reserves worth £35.2k, which had been moved to the Budget Reserve in the 2023/24 review. It approved releasing £287.2k of reserves no longer needed to the General Fund Reserve. It noted that requests for new reserves at 31 March 2025 will go to the provisional outturn report.
