Quarter 1 performance, risk and finance report 2025/26
Cabinet approved progress on corporate risks, the Annual Delivery Plan and key performance indicators, and budget transfers (virements) in Appendix 5. It noted the revenue budget monitoring report and that managers are asked to address projected deficits in their service areas. Councillor Sammon asked for two corrections to Appendix 4, so that children looked after reads 156 (not 66) and the Child Protection Register reads 66 (not 156), and for the words '(as at the end of quarter 1)' to be removed from recommendation 2.1.
Scrutiny: Sustainable Merthyr Tydfil. Scrutiny committees question decisions and can recommend changes. They don't make the decision.
