Resolved that: (a) The Audited Statement of Accounts for 2021/22 being the financial year ended 31st March 2022 be considered and recommended to the Council of 19th January 2023 for approval (b) The Annual Governance Statement for 2021/22 be considered and recommended to the Council of 19th January 2023 for approval

Resolved that: (a) The Audited Statement of Accounts for 2021/22 being the financial year ended 31st March 2022 be approved (b) The Annual Governance Statement 2021/22 be approved. Councillor D Roberts entered the Meeting at 5.35 pm.
