Resolved that: 1. The Panel supports the increase in precept of 7.37% per annum, giving rise to a revenue budget for 2025/26 of £410,124,245 with total precept income of £195,892,474 which gives an annual Band D Precept of £378.67. In approving the precept the Panel made the following recommendations: (a) that a Panel/OPCC finance sub-committee be set up to provide the Panel with financial detail throughout the year.
