Two flats and six-bedroom HMO at Mount Pleasant Hotel
Members resolved to refuse the application, for two reasons: more on-street parking and congestion, worse when the A470 is closed and traffic is diverted along Cardiff Road; and an unsustainable location with poor access to local services and transport, contrary to policy SW11. The committee then voted on those reasons and resolved to defer the application to the next meeting.

The committee resolved to refuse the application. The minute does not give reasons.
Items are linked when their titles share most of their words and they fall within 18 months of each other. Councils don't number reports across meetings, so a few links may be wrong, and a step may be missing if its title changed a lot. Each step links to the meeting, where the council's own papers are.
