Review of Statement of Licensing Principles 2025 - 2028 under the Gambling Act 2005
The committee agreed the draft Statement of Licensing Policy 2025-2028 as the revised policy. It also agreed that the policy go to Full Council for approval and adoption from 31 January 2025.

Gambling licensing policy for 2025 to 2028
The council approved the revised Statement of Licensing Policy for 2025-28, to come into force on 31 January 2025. It also approved the 'no-casinos' resolution for 2025-28, which means the council has decided not to issue casino licences in the area.
