Memorandum of understanding on care for older people
Cabinet approved the regional memorandum of understanding (MoU). It commits the partners to develop a Regional Partnership Agreement, a legal agreement for shared services, with a measurement framework to track results.

Regional Partnership Agreement for integrated community care
Members noted progress towards an Integrated Community Care System, a joint health and social care model for older people and people with frailty. They approved the system model and the Regional Partnership Agreement at Appendix 1. They noted that similar approval will be sought from the health board and the other two councils.
