Quarter 2 performance, risk and finance report 2025/26
Cabinet approved progress on corporate risks and the risk register, and progress on the Annual Delivery Plan and key performance indicators. It also approved budget virements (moving money between budgets) and budget changes for projects paid for from the council's own funds. It noted the revenue and capital budget monitoring, and that managers are asked to offset projected deficits in their service areas.
