   Apologies for absence were received from Councillor M Colbran, Councillor K Gibbs, Councillor L Mytton, Councillor J Thomas and Councillor S Thomas.

   Councillor C Tovey declared a personal and prejudicial interest in Item 3 (P/21/0244) as he knows the lease holder and has had several dealings with him over the past few years.

   Minute

   Councillor C Tovey left the meeting as he declared a personal and prejudicial interest in this item. At this point the meeting became inquorate, Councillor C Tovey reconvened the meeting and declared the meeting closed.
