Resolved: That having due regard to the integrated impact assessment: (a) Members approved the proposed draft of the Contract Procedure Rules included at Appendix 1 of the circulated report for implementation on the 28th February 2025; (b) That delegated authority be granted to the Head of Legal and Democratic Services in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Finance, Performance and Social Justice to make any amendments to the Contract Procedure Rules included at Appendix 1 to meet statutory obligations only.
