Pride in Place funding: choosing one area
The Cabinet chose Option 1, the Upper Afan Valley, as the preferred area to submit to UK Government for up to £20 million of Pride in Place funding over ten years. It gave delegated authority (power for named officers to act without a further meeting) to the Director of Environment and Regeneration to submit the Neighbourhood Selection Proforma and to enter into any funding agreements. Items are linked when their titles share most of their words and they fall within 18 months of each other. Councils don't number reports across meetings, so a few links may be wrong, and a step may be missing if its title changed a lot. Each step links to the meeting, where the council's own papers are.
