Capital strategy and capital programme 2026/27 to 2028/29
Council approved the Capital Strategy and the Capital Programme for 2026/27 to 2028/29, as detailed in appendix 2. It also approved the delegation arrangements in the report, which allow some decisions to be made by officers or committees without a full council vote.
