RESOLVED: That Application No. P2021/0856 be deferred until a Heritage Impact Assessment is undertaken by the applicant in order to provide further detailed justification as to why the proposed development outweighs the heritage importance of the site and the loss of the Building of Local Importance, and that a revised officer’s report is brought back to the Committee detailing the outcome of the Heritage Impact Assessment.
