Joint committee with Pembrokeshire on Celtic Freeports
The Chief Executive, in consultation with the Leader, was given delegated authority (power to act without a further meeting) to enter the Joint Committee Agreement with Pembrokeshire County Council. This is subject to Pembrokeshire doing the same, and allows only minor changes that do not alter the document's substance. The Leader, the Cabinet Member for Finance, Performance and Social Justice and the Cabinet Member for Climate Change and Economic Growth were appointed as representatives, and any Cabinet Member may stand in for them. Members also noted a future report to Full Council on a Joint Overview and Scrutiny Committee with Pembrokeshire. The decisions take effect after the three-day call-in period, during which councillors can ask for a decision to be reviewed.
Items are linked when their titles share most of their words and they fall within 18 months of each other. Councils don't number reports across meetings, so a few links may be wrong, and a step may be missing if its title changed a lot. Each step links to the meeting, where the council's own papers are.
