Resolved: That having due regard to the integrated impact screening assessment, no amendments are required to the Licensing Policy 2026 – 2031, prior to its submission to Council for approval to begin the consultation exercise.

Council approved the Licensing Act Policy for 2026 to 2031, as set out in Appendix 1, having regard to an integrated impact screening assessment.
