Replacement Local Development Plan: housing sites and timetable
Council approved three proposed amendments to key housing sites in the Preferred Strategy (December 2024). It also approved a revised timetable for the Delivery Agreement and gave the Head of Planning and Public Protection delegated authority (power to act without a further meeting) to make the changes and send the revised version to Welsh Government for approval.
Cabinet. The Cabinet makes most of the council's decisions.
