Multi-location Meeting Policy
Resolved: To note the provisions of the draft Multi-Location Meetings Policy set out in Appendix A and provide comments as appropriate. Delegate authority to the Head of Legal and Democratic Services, in consultation with the Chair, to prepare and submit a final version of the Multi Locations Meeting Policy to Council for ratification.
Council. Full Council sets the budget and council tax and approves major plans.
Multi Locations Meeting Policy
RESOLVED: That the draft Multi Locations Meeting Policy be approved. That delegated authority be granted to the Head of Legal and Democratic Services to update the Constitution of Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council to reflect the approval of the Multi Locations Meeting policy.
