Annual Digital Report 2024-25
The committee was content with the report. It asked for 2024 figures on Instagram engagement, recommended more promotion of digital inclusion initiatives to residents, and asked that response times to Members' enquiries be added to the Customer Contact Improvement Project update. It also asked to receive the Communications Performance Update once published.
