The Committee asked for the percentage of clients who took part in the customer satisfaction survey to be provided. It asked for figures on staff nationalities to be provided. It recommended that future reports include more specific information on climate change and net zero targets, such as how much waste has been diverted from landfill. It also recommended that future reports be more specific on the direct and indirect impacts of social value measures.

The Committee asked for future reports to show job roles broken down by gender, because 65% of employees are female. It asked the company to consider how to raise public awareness of its work. It recommended that future reports include asset management indicators, with targets and results for rental income, maintenance liabilities and property reduction.
