Annual Corporate Plan self-assessment 2024-25 and Corporate Plan update 2025-27
The Committee asked for benchmarking data from other Welsh councils on how they charge council tax on empty homes. It asked that Registered Social Landlord partners be invited to attend when the Committee considers the Empty Homes Strategy. It recommended clearer wording on how businesses are engaged with the democratic process under Well-being Objective 4, and recommended that notes on performance measures rated amber or red explain why targets were not met. The Committee was content with the reports.

Items are linked when their titles share most of their words and they fall within 18 months of each other. Councils don't number reports across meetings, so a few links may be wrong, and a step may be missing if its title changed a lot. Each step links to the meeting, where the council's own papers are.
