Annual Digital Report 2025-26
The Committee asked for the report and minutes of the Performance Scrutiny Committee (Place and Corporate) on the Customer Contact Improvement Project, due on 19 November 2026, to be circulated to members for information. It asked for a detailed update on the benefits of automating the housing list process, including processing times, backlog and staff time saved, and for these to be added to the benefits section before the report goes to Cabinet. It asked the Head of Service to respond on progress with the new CCTV system and why the work was not in the original programme. It asked for the Annual Information Risk Report to be circulated when available. The Committee said it was content with the report.
