Review of community boundaries and electoral arrangements
Council agreed to start a review of community boundaries and electoral arrangements under the 2013 Act. It approved the timetable, the draft Terms of Reference and the Council Size Policy, and agreed to start the first public consultation. It will consider the results at a later meeting.

Review of community boundaries and electoral arrangements
Council noted the feedback from the initial consultation and approved the terms of reference. It also approved the draft proposals in Appendices C, D and E, and agreed to start public consultation and consider the results at a later meeting.

Community boundary and electoral arrangements review: final recommendations
Council noted the consultation feedback, approved the final recommendations report and agreed to submit it to the Democracy and Boundary Commission Cymru. Councillor Watkins asked for minor errors in the tables to be corrected, and Councillor Stowell-Corten agreed to make the changes before submission.
