Resolved: The Governance and Audit Committee noted the report on treasury management activities for the period 2022-23 and provided comments to Cabinet/Council. It was also recommended by the Governance and Audit Committee that this be kept under regular review.

End of year reports: Adult Services and Prevention and Inclusion 2023-24
The Committee was content with both reports. It requested an update on the Recruitment and Retention Report every 12 months, as an information report circulated in February. It recommended that any grant pressures identified be brought back to the Committee.
