Sustainable Communities for Learning rolling investment programme 2024 to 2033
Cabinet agreed that the investment objectives behind the Sustainable Communities for Learning nine-year rolling programme are appropriate. It agreed that a Strategic Outline Programme reflecting those objectives can be sent to Welsh Government for consideration.

Sustainable Communities for Learning rolling programme
Cabinet delegated to the Head of Education authority to take the steps needed to deliver the Strategic Outline Programme approved by Welsh Ministers in August 2024, including approving spending and scheme details, within the programme and the council's plans. The Head of Education must report regularly to the Cabinet Member for Education and Early Years, and Cabinet must receive a report at the end of each phase or if a change to the programme or budget is needed.
