Shared Resource Service (SRS) monitoring update
The Committee recommended that future SRS reports include an executive summary or one-page key messages, and explain technical terms, acronyms and classifications such as platinum, gold, silver and bronze calls. It asked the SRS Partnership to consider training or guidance for councillors. It recommended that future reports monitor and update on apprenticeships and recruitment data, including demographic and equalities data, and give more detail on steps to attract and support a diverse workforce.
Items are linked when their titles share most of their words and they fall within 18 months of each other. Councils don't number reports across meetings, so a few links may be wrong, and a step may be missing if its title changed a lot. Each step links to the meeting, where the council's own papers are.
