As sole shareholder of Newport Transport Limited, Cabinet approved the company selling the 160 Corporation Road depot to Transport for Wales for £3,250,000 excluding VAT, with a leaseback. It approved the principal leaseback terms. It approved changes to the company's board, removing five councillors and appointing five others.
