2021/22 service plan end-of-year reviews
The Committee noted the reports and performance outcomes, in the context of Covid-19 and the changing service areas. It asked for an action plan for the year on temporary and emergency accommodation, including the needs of vulnerable residents. It also asked for an action plan on how to make residents aware of electric vehicle charging points and encourage their use.

They requested that future reports include a glossary of acronyms and abbreviations. They also requested an update on plans to update financial systems, and specific fraud training.
